1. Associate members: it is an entry level membership offered by EEPC council for exporters. Any exporter having a valid import export license can apply for EEPC membership.
2. Ordinary members: The applicants must fill the following criteria to get an ordinary EEPC membership.
• Must be an associate member of EEPC for at least 3 years
• The minimum export of 3 recent fiscal years worth not less than 30 lakhs in case of MSME and 50 lakh in case of other entities.

2. Apply for RCMC registration: Once you have logged in to the DGFT portal, you will need to access the RCMC registration section. In this section, you will be asked to complete an application form which will require you to provide information such as your company’s name, address, and PAN (Permanent Account Number) number. 3. Upload supporting documents: You will also be required to upload supporting documents such as your PAN card, GST (Goods and Services Tax) registration certificate, and certificate of incorporation as part of the application process.
