3. Name & address proof of proprietor/partner/directors as applicable
4. Proof of commencement of business
5. SSI certificate if required
6. MoA & AoA in case of company
7. Partnership deed in case of partnership firm
8. In case of manufacturer – exporter proof of registration of business is required
9. If exporters turnover is nil or over 50 lakh then a CA certificate certifying the same is required. (In case of exporters)
10. If exporters turnover is nil or over 10 lakh then a CA certificate certifying the same is required. (In case of Merchant-exporters)
Steps involved in registering with PLEXCONCIL
1. Log in to the DGFT portal: Once you have created an account using IEC code. you will be able to log in to the DGFT portal using your login credentials.
2. Apply for RCMC registration: Once you have logged in, you will need to navigate to the RCMC registration section of the portal. Here you will be prompted to fill in an application form with details such as your company name, address, and PAN number. 3. Upload supporting documents: You will also need to upload supporting documents such as PAN card, GST registration certificate, and certificate of incorporation.
4. Submit the application: Once you have completed the application form and uploaded all the required documents, you can submit the application.
5. Approval process: After submitting the application, it will be reviewed by the authorities. Once it is approved, you will receive an RCMC certificate for the plastic export promotion council.
